Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and eager to start a career in recruitment. The Junior Recruiter will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with various HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Prepare interview materials and provide necessary information to candidates and interviewers.
- Recruitment Administration:
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Manage job postings on various platforms and track application statuses.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analytics as needed.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Answer candidate inquiries and provide information about the company and job roles.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Recruitment Manager and HR team to understand hiring needs and requirements.
- Support the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and confidential recruitment records and documentation.
- Process Improvement:
- Contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes and enhancing candidate experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR-related role is a plus but not required.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
